• ‘HealthRider’ is the brand name of an independent and voluntary tech platform for trained laboratory technicians.

• To be a HealthRider, and Individual must possess valid educational qualification and adequate clinical experience.

• HealthRider is a healthcare service. A person must show responsibility and tidiness.

• In case of any requirement of skill upgradation www.emergehealth.in will provide necessary, Short term training at its central lab or with existing executive.

• HealthRider program is developed to provide prompt service to the patients. A Health Rider must act immediately after getting and assignment from www.emergehealth.in to provide service within the stipulated time.

• Once a job is assigned HealthRider must call the patients immediately stating about his arrival within the stipulated time.

• HealthRider will be issued official ID card from our central lab/ Head office. Issued ID card needs to be worn during sample collection and shown to the patient if necessary.

• HealthRider can deposit their own collected samples to www.emergehealth.in as well as get assignments from www.emergehealth.in. In both cases the compensation issued will be credited as per the pre disclosed amount.

• Once collected, samples can be self deposited or can be deposited to www.emergehealth.in, with our logistics team.

• Once reports are completed, reports for dispatch can be collected from our central lab in physical, printed or PDF form. Ensuring reports delivery in physical/PDF form to the patients is the duty and responsibility of the Health Rider.

• A pre disclosed and billed sample collection charge can be collected from the patient which should not exceed prescribed amount.

• HealthRider can accept or reject the job assigned to them. However once the job is assigned and HealthRider accepts it, then no cancellation is allowed and is subject to fine and penalty.

• ID/PW Provide to the HealthRider is unique. One shouldn’t disclose it to any third party. www.emergehealth.in is not responsible for any data divulsion arising out of irresponsible use of ID/PW. One must understand that your profile contains patients important and sensitive health records, and those should be used with utmost responsibility.

• This service can be used as full-time or part-time basis and can be changed/updated any time.

• Use of HealthRider service is free. However a rider needs to pay for the ID card, merchandise and consumables.

• Consumables needs to be bought/collected from our central store with necessary payment. Only recommended consumables needs to be collected by the Health Rider in person. No supply chain exists for the same.

• A HealthRider must respond to patient’s all health queries and phone calls.

• Compensation issued may change from time to time which will be updated to you on time. This is in sole discretion of www.emergehealth.in.

• In any case decision of www.emergehealth.in is full and final and bounden on all of our partners.

• All sample collections must be done under aseptic and antiseptic precautions, training for which may be done from time to time.

• HealthRider must present to our central lab when called upon.

• All samples, materials, consumables and biomedical wastes must be deposited and disposed to our central lab or partner labs for final disposal. No public disposal of such materials is allowed.

• HealthRider and www.emergehealth.in are bound to work under Govt. statutory guidelines. Taxes and other relevant amounts where applicable would be deducted.

• The documents submitted to www.emergehealth.in are in best of the knowledge of the HealthRider. Any situation arising out of inadequacy, false documentation are the full responsibility of the health rider.
